Regardless of your needs, our comprehensive property portfolio allows us to find the perfect long term let for you. We have a vast number of properties on Costa del Sol ranging from budget studio apartments and cortijos to penthouses, frontline beach properties and private villas with pools.

Rentals on a long term basis are usually contracted for 11 months and can be renewed at the end of each term if all parties are in agreement. This is particularly useful for those who wish to retire on the Costa del Sol, but do not wish to purchase a property. The length of contract can sometimes be negotiable, dependent on the landlord, but any rentals under three months long are deemed holiday rentals.

If you are relocating to Spain but unsure of the location, a long term rental is a fantastic way to explore the area at ease. Many people find that living in Spain is very different to being a tourist on holiday. Before you commit to purchasing, take your time and get a feel for the area. You may not even want to buy and feel that renting long term is perfect for you. Everyone wants to live the dream, but your requirements and expectations change when you become a resident. Due to the demand on the Costa del Sol, the availability of our long term rental properties is always changing. It is best to look six – eight weeks prior to your arrival date, as we are unable to pre-book or hold properties any further in advance.
